I'm home ....Again...... Had a lovely time with Summer and her family. We went to Branson. It's a very fun place to be. We saw several of the shows and viewed the lovely landscape --- The Woods (not the forests) were beautiful. Sort of reminded me of when we lived in Washington state. Lot's of green undergrowth. I have pictures that I intend to post..... I even rode a log slide.....maybe Summer will post that picture...... We went to Church in Branson, and a lot of the entertainers were in the ward. The Bishop played the piano for Andy Williams..... The Hymns were sang in four part harmony. Today I go for another Cancer test.....this hopefully will be the last big one. Today is cancer screening for my skin. We'll see how that goes.....it's always a worry......but I can do this too. Then July is my five year marker and I get my survivor status!
AND I can quit my chemo pills once and for all. Looking forward to ---NO MORNING SICKNESS! I'll post more later.

Been Reading Books
I've been concerned about the FLDS women and their children who were rounded up in Texas. What a heartache and what a mess. I decided to try and form an oppinion so I read a couple of books. I read ESCAPE by Carolyn Jessop and another one written by Dorothy Allred Solomon DAUGHTER OF THE SAINTS: GROWING UP IN POLYGAMY. Both are written by women who were raised in the same environment of polygamy and both, have left the lifestyle. Dorothy is currently a recommend holder of the official church and Carolyn is trying to work religion thru. I have truly had my eyes opened. I really didn't realize that the LDS Church has had recent battles with the FLDS and as recently as 10 years ago our Prophets were under death threats from the FLDS. These groups of peoples live in situations much like the Talban inflicts on peoples in Afganistan. In this day and age so close to home! I've been amazed. So much like a parable.... President Kimball and President Hinkley would say things in conference that went right over my head. So many times they would say....follow your local priesthood leaders, follow the prophet...come back into the fold of the Church....it has been a plea for the apostate groups to put aside their sins, repent and come back into fellowship with Christ. It has increased my Testimony......Follow the Prophet..... we're human and we make human errors and we want others to follow us down the wrong path.... Anyway it's been on my mind, and I've learned a lot. FOLLOW THE PROPHET!

Jordon and the baby doll transport
Jordon and I were walking around the house when we found a baby doll that the girls had forgotten about. He carefully picked up the baby and carried it into the house. Everybody knows you don't leave a baby outside by it's self. He was so very careful to pick it up and carry it to a safe place.....He's going to be a great Daddy someday!
Shawn's Garden Project
Same problem.....don't know how to rotate the photo.... Square foot Gardening....on the side of a hill in Shawn's back yard.......
Any idea's on how to rotate the picture....I'm taking it directly from my camera....do I need to save it on my hard drive then rotate it.....then post it from my hard drive rather from the camera????? I need help! I'm a tecnotard for sure
Amber got a hair cut
Random Photo's
This is Buddy..... A couple of Saturday's ago, we were checking the development for any repairs that might have to be done.....We were out on the balcony when this puppy appeared. We thought it was strange because there were two bowls with the dog....one for water and one for food. At first we were angry...who would leave a dog on the balcony without a leash. We knocked on every door looking for someone to fess up and claim ownership.....Nobody did....Then we found out the dog had been abandoned and the residents were just feeding him until the "real" owner came to claim him. Apparently he had been on the balcony for a while....no messes, no barking, just minding his own business and being sweet. Well there was no way he could stay on the balcony, so I was getting ready to call the pound, when Shawn called. I told him what had happened and he brought the kids to check the dog out. In ten minutes they were there and fell in love with the dog. I worried that Tonna wouldn't be too excited about a dog, but Shawn said they had discussed it. Buddy turned out to be a designer dog....He's well behaved, doesn't shed, and came house broken. It was a win - win situation. Emmie and Ethan keep buddy exercised and so far it's been a good match.

I looked out the window and what did I see?
Snow on ground and in the trees.
Spring had brought me such a cold surprise
Snow flakes blowing right before my eyes
I could make a snowball that would be so wet
A snow ball that could be my pet.....
It really was a shock, I guess I'll have to talk
Al Gore, needs to come to Utah and see our snow.
I've always tried to wait until Mother's day to plant flowers.....
This year I guess I'll wait until Father's day.......
